Ted has expertise in project management, process improvement and technology leadership spanning the life sciences, IT, and telecommunications industries. He has expertise in numerous project delivery methodologies, including Six Sigma, Agile, Kanban, and Critical Path/Waterfall, holding Certified Scum Master (CSM) and Project Management Professional (PMP) credentials.

Ted’s professional experience includes a number of leading edge and transformational roles, pioneering the use of mobile (iPhone/Android) technologies for human health applications with Merck, implementing Validated Agile with Almac Group, and harmonizing business processes and implementing global delivery for a Fortune 500 client while with Infosys Technologies, Ltd. He has designed and implemented business intelligence solutions, leveraging master data management, data warehousing, and dashboards and analytics to address specific operational and strategic goals. Beyond these core delivery roles, Ted has held marketing and P&L responsibilities for both product and services lines. Ted received a bachelor’s degree in finance from the Catholic University of America, and he is a long-time volunteer with animal rescues.
