With decades of professional experience being a proven change agent and a trusted strategic partner, Joy brings a collaborative spirit and a passion for building teams and creating organizations with values-driven cultures to Worldwide.
Prior to joining Worldwide, Joy led the HR function for Valassis Digital, an advertising and marketing intelligence company, where she was responsible for building its people organization from scratch into a scalable strategic function. She also led a variety of HR functional areas and initiatives for companies like Cree, Sony Ericsson, Penske, and QVC.
Joy holds a degree in political science and Spanish from Rutgers University, attended the University of North Carolina for human resources, and holds a certificate in business coaching from North Carolina State University. She has been a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) since 2001.
